BlackBerry just released their BBmessenger as an Application on iOS and Android. If you are still looking to chat with your friends on BBmessenger then please download the BBM application from the AppStore of Apple or Marketplace of Android, its free and works on all the smartphones.
PS. The app is called BBM please search it with this name.
Why so much fuss over the BlackBerry messenger instead of the traditional SMS , mms, email , Yahoo Messenger, MSN, Skype ,ICQ etc. BB messenger or Messengers like Blackberry messengers are different cause They sends messages in groups or indivdually , plus emotions , images and videos can be attached to it and gives us the information if the message was read by the reciever.
One big advantage is that msgs can be sent even when the user is offline and as soon as the receiver reads the message the writer is sent the signal that the message was read. So no more “I didn”t get your message…These messages are free … Yes 100% free of cost.
It works with Wifi , edge and 3G on the iPhone , BlackBerry, Android.It notify”s the receiver of the new msg even if the application is not running .. Whats App is a instant Messseging application just like BBMessenger it costs 99 cents in the AppStore and on Whatsapp.com. Although this application can only work with GSM divices, it finds family and friends with there Cellular Numbers in the Address Book who are added in the favorite list. Whatsapp works on a iphone , Blackberry , Android and Nokia. Both are great application, worth having to keep in touch with family , friends and for business. They allow the user to attach files like Picture to the msgs also.Now availiable for Adroid also. Real easy to keep in touch all the time ….
How to make BBmesseging work with iPad and iPod touch?
